How we use the details you share with us. Last updated 30 October 2026.
Who we are
WAMO Group is an interior design studio based in Dubai, UAE. For anything about your information, email studio@wamo-group.com or call Wafa Mazhar on +971 50 844 3870.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, email address and/or phone number, and, if you share them, your company, project type, location, approximate area, timing, budget and message. We also note which page you sent it from and how you found the website (for example a search engine, Instagram or a direct visit).
- When you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
- When you browse: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to run and protect the website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal.
- To keep a record of our conversations and, if we work together, of the project.
- To protect the website and the enquiry form from spam and misuse.
We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Zoho Mail delivers enquiry emails to our inbox and sends your confirmation email.
- CallMeBot forwards a short WhatsApp notification of a new enquiry (your name, contact details and project summary) to Wafa's phone.
- Netlify hosts the website and processes the enquiry form.
- Sanity stores our project pages (no visitor information is stored there).
These services may store information on servers outside the UAE.
Your browser
While you browse, the website keeps two small notes in your browser's temporary storage for that visit only: whether the opening animation has played, and how you arrived at the site (sent with an enquiry so we know which channels work). They are cleared when you close the tab. No cookies are used.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep business records. If an enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it within 24 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email studio@wamo-group.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and its date.
